Last week I stepped aboard Royal Caribbean’s incredible Oasis of the Seas for a thrilling 7-day journey that set me on a path of adventure and fun! In the front of the ship, we found the Solarium, a refuge designed exclusively for adults, perfect for those seeking tranquility amidst the sea’s serene waves or a place to meet up with your party of anyone 18+. Oasis of the Seas was more than just a voyage, it’s a carnival of delights that never ends. With zest and vibrancy, we were able to experience 16 unique bars and lounges that echo with laughter, cheers, and a myriad of stories. And when hunger struck, we let our taste buds take a culinary voyage of their own. Oasis of the Seas offers two dozen distinct dining options, catering to our groups every whim, spread across 10 magnificent decks. For me being a thrill seeker, I felt my pulse quicken with a large range of electrifying activities. From a deck-stretching rock-climbing wall, heart-racing waterslides, twin flo-riders, to a zipline that swoops across the ship – I had a blast with activities that defy gravity and went beyond my imagination. When I was tired from the day’s adventures on Oasis of the Seas, I took a small nap pool side at one of their 4 pools, while others in my group went to relax and rejuvenate in their world-class spa, and at one of their 10 hot tubs scattered across the ship. There’s lots of energy on Oasis of the Sea’s sports square and in their world class gym. A few in our group took in the ocean views by taking leisurely run on their jogging track. And as the sun set, we all took in spectacular shows. While Oasis of the Sea’s does have a Vegas style casino, complete with table games and slot machines, we weren’t able to make it there to test our luck but heard that everyone had a great time in there as well. Overall, I will say that Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas is great for honeymooners seeking unique memories, families forging unforgettable bonds, or groups of friends simply looking for the best time of their life.
